Bridgeport Corporation History

Bridgeport Corporation began business in 1962 in a rented facility in downtown Sioux City, IA as a steel building erector.  In 1971 we moved to our current location on the south side of Sioux City, IA.  In the 1970's we became a large grain bin contractor and wholesale company.  In the late 1980's we entered the Hog Confinement industry. And in the mid 1990's we entered into the vinyl decking and fencing industry.
